Wild Us Yoga incorporates the eight limbs of Yoga with Earth based spirituality in the practice: by making sure we enact right thought, food, action, movement, soul work, ancestral reverence and landscape awareness into yoga, our practice becomes a holistic way of being. As well as asanas, the sessions encourage peaceful thoughts, healing awareness of the planet, and sensory wellbeing through somatic connection and meditation.
Wild Us is all about the deep connection that the way of being in the western paradigm has lost. Through deep immersion in ecotherapy, heritage connection, ancient ancestral work, energy healing, somatic experience through yoga and meditation, Wild Us merges many threads to assist participants to deepen back into right relationship with Earth. This means awakening to the truth of these times; into grief and wounding for what is happening, on ecological, social, economic, health and climatic levels. Through individual experiences, one to one, and group process, participants can find ways to listen to the calling of Earth and find something of their authentic role, that the living world is asking of us all.

Through engaging our senses and our inner vision, we can really bring connection back to ourselves, in an often disconnected world.
There has never been a more critical time in our lives to find our connection to the world and to come together to address impending climate and ecological chaos. Wild Us gives us the spiritual tools the world desperately needs so that we can simplify our lives, fall back in love with the more-than-human realms and to reconnect to that which we can offer healing and light.
Wild Us recently moved from Teesdale in the UK to France. At the same time the pandemic has struck humans in our world, meaning that, for safety and support of those who are vulnerable to this illness, currently there are NO face to face workshops or classes. I am offering occasional online workshops, which are listed in the Events section. Please join the mailing list to get frequent updates. Here:
Please get in touch if you wish to know more.

My family has recently moved to France to begin a rewilding, ecotherapy and permaculture project. When this is established we intend for the space to become a shared space where earth-based wisdom, Nature connection and grounded spirituality can flourish.
Feel free to contact Wild Us with any questions or enquiries, or to learn more about what’s on.
